The K1 RaceGear Victory Driving Suit is an affordable, single-layer race suit designed for entry-level and hobbyist racers without compromising performance or safety. Featuring an SFI 3.2A/1 rating, this auto racing suit is crafted from an ultra-lightweight, breathable, and fire-resistant cotton material that offers reliable fire protection while keeping you cool and comfortable. A proprietary hydro-oleo coating adds a layer of fluid repellency to keep you dry in demanding track conditions, while flexible lumbar stretch panels and shoulder gusseting ensure full freedom of movement behind the wheel. The Victory racing suit is an excellent, budget-friendly option for drivers who do not require heavier 2-layer SFI 3.2A/5 safety apparel.

Please note: Unlike Nomex® and other aramid materials that are inherently flame-resistant, FR cotton is treated with a flame-retardant chemical that can lose efficacy over the course of the garment’s lifetime.

Material (PROBAN® Cotton):
FR Cotton, including its branded counterpart, Proban®, is a reliable flame-resistant material that provides consistent fire protection. While FR Cotton is treated with a flame-retardant chemical for initial resistance, this treatment may diminish over time with washing.

Certification: SFI 3.2A/1
Generally, single-layer suits have a Thermal Protection value of six. Suits rated to 3.2A/1 are tested for up to 6 seconds in simulated lab fires, offering approximately 3 seconds of fire protection against second-degree burns.
